The Baltimore City Department of Public Works (DPW) is inviting residents, businesses, and community stakeholders to provide feedback on the next phase of a major effort to modernize the City of Baltimore’s sewer system and reduce waterway pollution. The Revised Phase II Plan of the Modified Sanitary Sewer Consent Decree (MCD) is now available for public comment through October 1, 2025.
