Application for Redevelopment Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

| Project Description: | The project has an approximate area of 0.57 acres and is located between E. Madison Street and Ashland Avenues mid-block between N. Wolf Street and N. Washington Street. The project is in the “New East Baltimore Community” PUD. The project will consist of a 5 story 127-unit multi-family residential building with lower-level parking at 1928 E. Madison Street. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by a Fee-in-Lieu for 0.26 ac of this project.
