Application for Redevelopment Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.74 acres and is bounded by East Biddle Street to the north, East Chase Street to the south, Brentwood Avenue to the west and Forrest Street to the east. This project will consist of construction and installation of a natural grass, practice football field.
The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide 0.74 acres of impervious removal to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.74 acres this project.
