The Department of Public Works in coordination with its Stormwater Advisory Committee (SWAC) has proposed revisions to the Stormwater Remediation Fee Regulations. The regulations document shows the proposed revisions in bold font. The accompanying Table acts as a guide to show what revision was made, page by page, and the reason for the change. These revisions are now in a 30-day public comment period. Please send any comments no later than April 19, 2017 to publicworks@baltimorecity.gov.
