Application for Quantitative Control Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a quantitative control waiver.

Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 0.74 acres and is located on the northwest corner at the intersection of N Ashburton St. & Rayner Ave. The project will consist of a new courtyard with amenities in the rear of the building.

The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quantity control for 0.008 ac of this project is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quantity controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.008 ac of this project.
