The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a quantitative and qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: | The project has an approximate area of 0.20 acres and is located at BGE’s Spring Gardens facility. The project will consist of replacing an existing privately owned sewage pumping station and replacing existing privately owned sanitary sewer piping. The proposed work is located entirely within a privately owned industrial facility and the disturbed area will be restored in-kind following construction. The Applicant is requesting a Quantitative Control Waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-1 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.20 ac. project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.20 ac. this project. The Applicant is requesting a Qualitative Control Waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.20 ac. project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition.
