The project has an approximate area of 0.31 acres and is located northwest at the intersection of Fallstaff Road and Westbrook Road. The project will consist of demolishing the existing single family dwelling and replacing it with a proposed new two-story single family dwelling.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative and quantitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-1 (a)(1) and §23-2(3) of the City Code. Applicant has demonstrated ESD/BMP to the MEP for the proposed project.

The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable for 0.11 ac. of this project, and a quantitative control for an increase of 0.15 ac. increased impervious area. The Applicant willsatisfy the water quality controls and quantity controls for this portion of the projectby payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management.
