The project has an approximate area of 40.63 acres and is located south at the intersection of Cannery Avenue and Asiatic Avenue. The project will consist of the construction of a new sea cables manufacturing facility to support Maryland’s offshore wind initiatives.

The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 21.99 ac of this project.
