The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.

Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 125.42 acres and is located at the Quarantine Road Landfill. The project will consist of maintaining, repairing, and/or upgrading existing erosion and sediment control features at the Quarantine Road Landfill to be in compliance with the 2011 Maryland Standards and Specifications for Soil Erosion and Sediment Control Manual. The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 125.42 ac. of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 125.42 ac. this project.
