Application for Redevelopment Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: | The project has an approximate area of 0.934 acres and is located at the intersection of E. Oliver and N. Chester Streets. The project will consist of a 5 Story commercial building to house retail, office and health care clinic with structured parking. The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide water quality controls to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.446 ac of this project. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by on-site stormwater management for 0.306 ac of this project and the remaining water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu for 0.140 ac of this project.
