Application for Redevelopment Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: | The project has an approximate area of 9.00 acres and is bounded by Pulaski Highway to the north, commercial property to the east, and CSX railroad tracks to the south and west. The project will consist of the addition of a paved access drive and a truck staging area. The project includes associated stormwater management measures including ESD facilities and landscape improvements. The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide stormwater management by treatment of impervious area by 50% to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 4.64 acres of LOD for this project.
