Application for Redevelopment Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual

Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 0.86 acres and is located Southwest at the intersection of 28th street and Remington Avenue. The project will consist of a 6-story mixed use building and public courtyard and park.

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide 3 microbioretentions to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.59 ac of impervious area for this project.
