Application for Redevelopment Waiver and Qualitative Control Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: | The project has an approximate area of 6.01 acres and is located in the northeast quadrant of the intersection of Boston Street and Gusryan Street. The project will consist of 60 multifamily, residential units with associated parking and stormwater management. The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide water quality controls and impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 2.38 ac of impervious area on this project.
