Application for Redevelopment Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of 0.26 acres and is located west at the intersection of St. George’s Road and Gascony Lane. The project will consist of an addition to an existing two-story house, removal of existing pool, construction of a new pool and realignment of the rear existing driveway. The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide water quality controls and impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 0.10 ac of this project. AND The Applicant will satisfy the remaining water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.01 ac of this project.
