The project has an approximate area of 6.79 acres, is located in the vicinity of Yale Ave, Lucia Ave, Airy Hill Ave, S. Woodington Rd, Bethnal Rd, Cedargarden Rd, Eldone Rd, and Parkton St, - all streets located within the Yale Heights neighborhood. The project will consist of the rehabilitation and replacement of various water mains.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that 6.79 acres of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative controls for 6.79 acres of this project.
