Application for Redevelopment Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

| Project Description: | The project has an approximate area of 6.30 acres and is located at 140 N Janney St. between 4201 Pulaski HWY, and 201 S Haven in Baltimore City, Maryland. a new processing and storage building on the Haven Street parcel and a warehouse building on the Janney Street Park parcel with associated parking improvements. The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide water quality controls to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 2.75 ac of this project.
