Qualitative Control Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers

Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 0.50 acres and is located on West Saratoga Street between the intersections of N Fulton St and N Arlington Ave. The project will consist of replacement of the existing 20-inch water main and appurtenances.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.50 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.50 ac of this project.
