Application for Redevelopment and Qualitative Control Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment and qualitative control waivers.

Project Description: | The project has an approximate limit of disturbance of 0.19 acres and is located approximately 550 feet north of the Frankfurst Avenue terminal end. The project will consist of a proposed detached one-story boat manufacturing building. The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The Applicant is requesting a qualitative waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. Applicant has demonstrated ESD/BMP to the MEP for the proposed project. ANDThe Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable for 0.09 ac. of this project. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this portion of the project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management.
