Application for Redevelopment Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: | The property is approximately 16.3 acres in size; however, the project limit of disturbance area has been limited to 5.242 acres in size and is located at 3330 Henry G Parks Circle, City of Baltimore, Baltimore County, Maryland. The project will consist of the construction of a 29,000+/- S.F. building addition and a 2,730 S.F. palletizing room expansion, reconfiguration of existing parking, new access drive from Carlins Park Drive, grading, utility connections, stormwater management facilities and other associated improvements. redevelopment of the adjacent parking lot. The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The project will provide water quality controls to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for 1.64 ac of this project.
