: The project has an approximate area of 1.93 acres and the site address is 1 E. Lanvale St. The project will consist of a new rail station, hardscape plazas, and utilities.

The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.52 acres of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.52 acres of this project.
