Application for Qualitative Control Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: | : The project has an approximate area of 1.00 acres and is located southeast at the intersection of Roland Ave. The project will consist of remediation for disturbance associated with grading and the construction of a concrete block foundation without proper permitting. The site is to be returned to pre-existing conditions to the extent achievable. The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.6072 ac of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.6072 ac of this project. AND The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.0036 ac of this project.
