Application for Redevelopment Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 2.12 acres and is located East of the intersection of Franklintown Road and N. Ellamont Street. The project will consist of handicap access improvements, a new playground, and improvements to an existing playground.
The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quality control is not practicable for this redevelopment project. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality control requirements for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.35 ac of impervious surface on this project.
