The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control and quantitative control waivers.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.092 acres and is located northeast of the intersection of Eutaw Place and Chauncey Avenue. The project will consist of a proposed Courtyard for auxiliary synagogue use.
The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code. The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver. The Applicant will satisfy the water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.036 ac of this project.
The Applicant has demonstrated that on-site water quantity control for 0.007 ac of this project is not practicable. The Applicant will satisfy the water quantity controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.007 ac of this project.
