Application for Redevelopment Waiver

The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project will still need to provide water qualitative controls, per the requirements of the State’s Design Manual.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 1.47 acres and is located southeast of the intersection of W. Patapsco Avenue and Hollins Ferry Road. The project will consist of a new one-story convenience store with fueling stations and parking.

The Applicant is requesting a redevelopment waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-7 of the City Code.  The existing impervious area coverage meets the conditions for this waiver.  The project will provide three (3) micro-bioretention water quality control facilities and impervious area reduction to satisfy the requirements of this waiver for all of the proposed 1.23 ac of impervious area for this project.
