Application for Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for redevelopment waiver. If granted, the waiver would allow construction of this project to be governed by the rules and requirements of the Baltimore City Ordinance 10-277. The applicant must provide stormwater management for the proposed project whether or not the waiver is granted.
Applicant: Bozzuto Development Company, 7850 Walker Drive, Suite 400, Greenbelt, MD 20770
Project Description: The developer is proposing to construct a mixed used complex of residential and retail uses, with a parking structure on 3.73 acres. The Applicant is requesting a Redevelopment Waiver in accordance with Section 23-7(C)(3) of the City Code. The project meets the applicable requirements by reducing impervious area and providing underground stormwater filtering devices for at least 50% of the existing impervious area. The impervious area is reduced by 0.20 area. The underground stromwater filtering devices treat 1.80 acres of impervious area.
