If granted, the project will be granted waivers for qualitative and quantitative control based on the stormwater system constructed prior to May 4, 2010.

Project Description: |
The project has an approximate area of .045 acres and is located east at the intersection of Woodberry Avenue and Eric Shaefer Way The project will consist of two pairs of duplex houses and one single house (previously approved as a duplex). The project was approved in 2005 and stormwater management facilities were installed in 2006. The Applicant is requesting a phased development waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-5 of the City Code. The project conforms to an existing stormwater management master plan, previously approved by this Division. To obtain information about this application, please contact Ms. Kimberly L.
