The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a redevelopment waiver. If granted, the project need not comply with the requirements of the State’s Design Manual for quantity control.

Project Description:

The project has an approximate area of 0.17 acres and is located on the north side of Ridgewood Avenue 100 feet west of the intersection of Ridgewood Avenue and Hillsdale Road. The project will consist of a single family house with one off-street parking space.

The Applicant will satisfy the remaining water quality controls for this project by payment of fee-in-lieu of on-site stormwater management for 0.020 ac of this project.
