The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a quantitative control waiver.

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.23 acres and is located North at the intersection of Stevenson Street and Key Highway East. The project will consist of the construction of four new granulated sugar silos, with associated grading and new building foundations. 

The Applicant is requesting a Quantitative Control Waiver in accordance with Article 7, §23-1 of the City Code.  The Applicant has demonstrated that 0.23 ac of the project has a direct, concentrated discharge of stormwater to tidal waters. The applicant will not be required to provide quantitative controls for 0.23 ac of this project.
