This week the Baltimore City Department of Public Works (DPW) Director Rudolph S. Chow, P.E., and his senior leadership team will host three community meetings throughout the city. Director Chow will be on hand to answer questions and share information about what the Department is doing to serve Baltimore City residents.

At these “DPW in the Community” meetings, Baltimore City residents will get a chance to:

  • Learn about DPW’s proposed rate adjustment and financial assistance program, Baltimore H20 Assists.
  • Ask water billing questions and receive on site help from customer support staff.
  • Find out about employment opportunities
