Application for Qualitative Control Waiver
The City of Baltimore Department of Public Works is accepting public review and comments on this project’s application for a qualitative control waiver.
Applicant: Baltimore Gas & Electric 1699 Leadenhall Street, Baltimore, MD 21230

Project Description: The project has an approximate area of 0.88 acres and is located along North Kresson Street from North Highland Street to Erdman Ave, encompassing the entire area between them. The project will consist of the upgrade and replacement of an existing underground gas distribution main (pipe) and its associated services.
The Applicant is requesting a qualitative control waiver in accordance with Article 7, Division II, §23-2 of the City Code. The Applicant has demonstrated that the 0.88 Ac. of the project will return the disturbed area to a predevelopment runoff condition. The applicant will not be required to provide qualitative control controls for 0.88 ac of this project.
