The Baltimore City Department of Public Works (DPW)  announced Friday, Jan. 4 that the temporary closure of Loch Raven Drive, between Providence Road and Morgan Mill Road, will last for at least two weeks. The road was closed Thursday, Jan. 3 , because of destabilization caused by heavy rainfall over the last several months.

DPW contractors will soon begin repair work to correct the erosion and stabilize the roadway. Detours have been posted.
