The Baltimore City Department of Public Works (DPW) Director Rudy S. Chow, P.E., today announced that DPW Customer Support and Services will be offering extended hours for our water customers. This will provide these customers the opportunity to discuss and pay bills prior to the closing of tax sale files at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, April 29, 2016. Delinquent water bills may qualify a property for tax sale.

Regular customer service hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The extended hours will run from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on the following days:

Tuesday, April 26, 2016

Wednesday, April 27, 2016

Thursday, April 28, 2016.

Customers with outstanding tax sale issues have until noon on Friday, April 29, 2016, to have them addressed in-person with a customer service representative. Payments will be accepted on-line until 4:30 p.m. that day. The website is www.baltimorecity.gov, and customers can click on the “Make a Payment” icon.

Customer Support and Services is located in the Abel Wolman Municipal Building, 200 Holliday Street, Baltimore, MD 21202.
