DPW Cleaning Services Resume Normal Schedules

BALTIMORE – As the weather takes a turn for the warmer, citizens are reminded that mechanical street sweeping service has also returned to normal posted schedules, as have other ongoing services such as bulk trash pickup, rat abatement, and trash and recycling collection.

Services provided by the Baltimore City Department of Public Works were temporarily suspended or altered amid continued snow clearing from the region’s record breaking snow storm. Presidents’ Day and the icy road conditions experienced earlier this week also caused minor service disruptions.

For additional information or to schedule bulk pickups, pitch-in cleanups, rat abatement, or graffiti removal, please call 311.
