BALTIMORE, MD (December 22, 2013) – A break on a 6" water main in the 7400 block of Poplar Avenue in the Eastpoint area of Baltimore County is currently affecting water pressure at the Colgate Pumping Station and Colgate Tank. The main is shut off as a crew works to make repairs.

Residents in an area roughly bounded by East Baltimore Street on the north, Merritt Boulevard on the east, Delvale Avenue on the south and I-95 on west may experience a drop in water pressure or temporary outages. It may take several hours to restore water to the tank and to our customers. Limiting water use in this impacted area will expedite the tank recovery. To report water outages in Baltimore City please call 311; in Baltimore County please call 410-396-5352.
