BALTIMORE (Friday, Aug. 3, 2012) – Fats, Oil and Grease (FOG) discharges from dishwashers, sinks and floor drains are major culprits in many costly sanitary sewer backups and overflows. FOG causes residential property damage, environmental contamination, health hazards and expensive sewer line repairs.
